Per the complaint, the casino was reportedly unable to reach Offset and attempted to withdraw the agreed-upon funds directly from his account, but the transaction failed due to “INSUFFICIENT FUNDS.” The casino is now suing for “BREACH OF CONTRACT”, “FRAUD”, and other related claims.
